What is a troublesome movie plot you just can't bring yourself to be upset about?

I have two especially I just can't to get mad at:

You've Got Mail: I'm aware that Tom Hank's character is sleazy, and that it was pretty manipulative of him to work Meg Ryan's character from both sides. However, he took his time, he didn't force her into a relationship, and she fell in love with his e-mail version and his real life version. And despite everything that happened with their businesses, they were a great match on a personal level.
Seven Brides for Seven Brothers: I know this is a play as well. And as disturbing and not-sweet it was that they all kidnapped those girls, I just can't agree that they all fell in love just because of Stockholm Syndrome. The brothers and the girls all liked each other before they kidnapped them. Then the girls spent several months mostly ignoring the brothers, until they all figured there was no point in staying mad.

And in the end, they're just fun and sweet movies.
