What actors make you think "Hey, it's them!" whenever they appear in something?

For me it's Stephen Root.

I think he's a great character actor, but (for me at least), he usually tends to throw me by surprise whenever I see him in things.

Not in a way that would suggest "What's he doing in this?" but more of a "Oh damn, I didn't realise he was in this!"

It's always a lovely surprise to see him pop up in things.

What other actors are like that for you all?
