Who's your favorite character actor that’s always called to fill a certain niche?

I know any time I see Peter Stormare, he's going to be that slightly goofy Russian/Eastern European guy. Whether he's a gangster, astronaut, god, etc. Funny he’s not even Eastern European. He’s Swedish.

Or Charles Dance is always the evil guy you love to hate. Can’t see him as the protagonist in a rom-com any time soon.
