I recently rewatched Shutter Island and I found it particularly fascinating to see how different an experience it was knowing the twist. There are so many moments throughout the film where people will act a certain way or say something that takes on new meaning after you know the truth of the story. Plenty of movies have twists, but it's rarer that those twists have such subtle foreshadowing or hints in the lead up. The kind of stuff that seems obvious in hindsight.
It got me thinking, what other films feel completely different to watch when you know the twist?
