Any period films out there that depict the Mexican-American War? (1846-1848)

The mask of Zorro talks about it a bit but it’s like twenty years earlier. It did a great job depicting the history that set up for the Mexican-American War. I know some people will probably bring up the Alamo, but I was curious if there were any films out there that tried to harness the entire time period? It’s a very interesting part of history where Mexican troops were attacking American troops for Texas and the Western states. While falling victim to Apache raids, in harsh desert conditions. Where the war was won because of an embargo America made against the Mexican trade fleet that starved them of resources, allowing Americans victory!
