One of my favorites, after having watched it today, has to be The Father (2020). I doubt anybody else is going to mention that movie because it's got no action and it's a slow movie, but if you care about realism, enjoy emotionally powerful movies, or have ever wanted to better understand how dementia can affect a person and their family, then you got to check it out.
Other movies I enjoyed in the last decade include The Irishman, Knives Out, Coda, and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
Edit: Forgot the movie Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance), it came out in 2014 I think.
