Best non-romantic on screen chemistry?

What actors just work together, where every scene just clicks with that "It" factor...without being romantic/sexual?

For me it's Daniel Craig and Judy Dench...they had a mesmerizing spark from the moment Casino Royale started all the way to the finale of Skyfall: they were a joy to watch play off each other.
