Who is the 80’s comedy King?

I’ve been watching a ton of 80’s comedies lately, theres just something they had going that newer comedy releases can’t match.

There were so many comedy superstars in the 80’s who would you consider the goat? Or just your favourite? I think Dan Aykroyd might be my choice, Blues Brothers, Ghostbusters, Trading Places… but other comedy giants like Chevy Chase, Eddie Murphy, Bill Murray, John Candy and so many others were coming out with hilarious movies every other year as well…what a time.
