Why did Eminem stop making movies after Eight Mile?

Is there any specific reason why Eminem created Eight Mile and then just called it quits? I thought it was well acted and pretty good. Also seemed fairly well received by the audience and critics from what I recall? Just curious why he stepped back considering the only other movie appearance I remember him in is in The Interview.
