What are movies that have the most bizarre plots, that are also unseen?

White Man's Burden goes into that category, it was Travolta's follow up to Pulp Fiction, and it is essentially if Black and White people switched places in America. So you have the black lead character talking about those "disgusting whites", in his mansion. No one has really seen this movie, and it only has around 5K user ratings on IMDB. But it does exist, and while I don't think it is a terrible movie, the plot is so ridiculous I had to see it. Not nearly as amazing as the plot would make it seem, just mostly a boring film with not much artistic integrity, and Travolta is terrible in it.

Another one is Heart Condition, starring Bob Hoskins and Denzel Washington. And it is about "a racist cop receives a heart transplant from a black lawyer he hates, who returns as a ghost to ask the cop to help take down the men who murdered him." I have never seen this one, and apparently not many people out there have seen it either. But it stars two great actors, so it is a surprise it is as forgotten as it is.
