Are there any "Rambo" type of films, but made by the Soviet Union ?

I'm wondering if there are any action films like Rambo II & III with a very clear cold-war patriotic message, but from the Soviet Union. I'm thinking 60 - 70 film that were very commercial and action packed, looking to influence and entertain younger audiences while giving a very clear message.

I don't know a lot about cinema in the USSR, but I know they have great artists and filmmakers, maybe some of the least popular made a movie like the one I'm looking for?
