Animated movie from my childhood.

I remember watching an animated movie when I was like in middle school (sci fi channel probably). I thought it was a more modern like felix the cat thing. I remember it being a bit risqué and really interesting. This would have been late 90s, but the film was probably older. I should say that after taking a look on Google I DONT think it's the felix the cat movie. Kinda had a "cool world" vibe, a Little sexual.
