What scene in a movie hit you the hardest?

It's a very broad question intentionally. It could hit you with the giggles, hit you with sadness, hit you with immense joy, etc etc.

I'll go to Come and See since it's a film I watched fairly recently, the scene where Flyora is on the way back to his mum's house with Glasha and find it to be empty. He is on crutches and then ditches them when the reality of the situation gets more bleak. Then he is eating the soup, glances at his siblings toys surrounded by flies and it hits him. And Aleksei Kravchenko just sells it as he does every scene in this fantastic movie.
