I would say the Nice Guys. It's my favorite movie of all time (not the best, just my favorite) and I watch it every year. This time around, I realized that the sequel would just never live up to my expectations, even if it was better than the first, it would still be missing some of that charm. Plus, picking up over 6 years later from the original would create a bit of a disjointed narrative.
