What movie would have been over in 20 minutes if the story/characters had logic?

What movie could have avoided the entire conflict of the story and been over quickly if it actually had logic and the characters didn’t do something dumb?

In terms of recent examples, I think Spider-Man: No Way Home is a good pick. If Doctor Strange had taken a moment to explain to Peter how the spell had worked, they could have written down a list of who should still remember he is Spider-Man, and then once they have everyone and know all of the specifics, it would be safe to start the spell and make the rest of the world forget. The villains would never have come to their universe due to the spell not being messed up midway through and it would have a happy ending overall compared to what we got.

What are some other examples, both for new movies and old movies?
