Specifically post-WWII Nazi groups.
The only one I can think of was American History X. Most films I've seen portray them as bumbling idiots, which is all well and good, but they're also really fucking dangerous. Most modern-day Nazis aren't shaving their heads or attending Hate Raves. They're usually in elusive, insular groups that are actively preparing for war in remote places. A lot of them might be kids, but they're more than capable of violence.
Green Room was a weird movie in that the Neo-Nazi gang featured was incompetent but also very threatening. I'm still curious as to how exactly they managed to make that work.
