Promising Young Woman

A great piece about male privelege and how the society benefits them in ways we can't even fathom. Carey Mulligan is great as Cassandra, and will make you root for her. You feel genuinelly happy for her when she gets along with Ryan. But then it all comes crashing down the moment you find out that Ryan was complicit in Nina scenario himself. It's clearly a character that will be remembered ten or twenty years down the line The frames in the movie were picturesque and every shot seemed like a painting. Every single frame could be a wallpaper. Also the score was great and increased the tonality of the film. The end where Cassandra dies really shocked me cause it wasn't what I was expecting from it. But the climax was satisfying regardless
