The third act is the weakest according to most people, and I’ve seen people bringing up the flood making no sense. After I watched it, I didn’t think it fully made sense either, from the tucker to uncovering Riddler’s master plan to flood the city under the carpet and Riddler letting himself get arrested and his followers sniping Bella Real. The flood felt tacked on and why go after Bella Real? She wasn’t corrupt? I don’t dislike it like most people and it doesn’t entirely make sense, but it gets enough of a pass.
