I'm not looking for any specific genre, it could be a movie like Die Hard With A Vengeance or something like Kids. Dog Day Afternoon comes to mind and so does Do The Right Thing. I just have certain scenes in mind in which characters are in the sticky heat, it's hard to move and both the city and the heat are basically a big part of the movie.
