Diane Keaton, Bette Midler and Golden Hawn together in a movie was a treat and the movie was a big hit at the time but we didn't get a sequel because the studio thought it was a fluke. A bummer.
It was amusing, the stars gave us laughs. I loved Goldie Hawn as an aging diva blowing up her lips so she looks young enough to get the young girl roles. And Diane Keaton is perfection as someone who's always trying to keep it together.
Even the supporting cast is awesome. I really enjoyed seeing Sarah Jessica Parker play a bitch, as opposed to the good girl parts she always ends up with. Kim Cattrall probably though SJP was playing herself.
