What's a horror or thriller movie you would like more people to know about and deserves a bigger reputation?
I'm glad that Black Christmas in recent years has been getting more retroactive recognition as one of the best slasher horror films ever made. It's reputation has grown positively. If you have never seen this movie before, you can watch it for free on Peacock, Tubi, and Crackle.
In 2018 Paste listed placed the character Jess Bradford at #1 in their list of "20 Best 'Final Girls' in Horror Movie History". Next to Romeo and Juliet, this was probably Olivia Hussey's most prominent and influential role in cinema.
A horror movie I would like more people to know about is the 1987 film The Stepfather. After murdering his whole family, a man marries a widow with a teenage daughter in another town and gets ready to do it all over again. I think you can watch this movie on Amazon Prime. Also on Peacock and Tubi.
