This movie is just weird in so many ways. Besides the mullets on literally everybody. I am remembering the scene where Stallone's character get's his son to arm wrestle a kid clearly 3x his size and strength. The kid has like huge arms, and a mullet. It was odd seeing him go from "OK. Sure." to "I'm going to rip you're arm off and beat you to death with it!" so fast.
Also the end with the Pre-arm wrestling interviews was just "lol". *Dudes getting hyped in the "ring"* but during the interviews, they're polite and cordial. Also why would the guy go back to truck driving with the money he won? It was like $500k in 80's money. So he would've been able to live extremely comfortably back then.
