This is such a great movie, I don't know why it's not included in most people's top ten lists, because it would certainly be in my top ten list. Robin Williams play a sort of a derelict who begins a strange friendship with a very arrogant radio man played by Jeff Bridges. The movie sort of combines Chaplinesque comedy/drama with a strong social commentary. It's hard for me to think of movies that are better than this one.
