Obviously I'm not the first person to theorize this, but having read the transcripts of The Matrix: Resurrection trailer that was recently shown, I can't help but find this theory holds more weight. The last scene in Parabellum? Both sequels come out the same weekend? If this is true it blows all cinematic world building out of the water imo. What a mind f*ck that would be.
