She recognized him even thought they never met before their first encounter, at the beginning of the film. And later she's saying "I remember you like this" when he's using a disguise, at the end of the film.
As far as it's seen her research into apocalyptic predictions starts after her first encounter with Cole. And she sees the photograph of him in the WWI after her first encounter with him, when she starts her research.
This feels like some part of the movie and the plotline was cut or changed, which leaves this inexplicable.
Maybe someone has a solid explanation for this? Apart from some time-traveling theories.) Is this thing left unexplained in the movie, or did I miss something?
