I finally watched final girls 6 years late and I really enjoyed it. It was a well written movie about cliches/tropes within horror films. The bully, the token black guy, having sex will ensure your death, the final girl taking down the killer at the end of the movie. I thought it had some really strong acting performances and it was surprising very heartfelt and moving at times.
