There have been a lot of endings that I would consider to be the best but if I'm going to choose one, I would pick There Will Be Blood. When Daniel says "I'm finished!", the film is finished, he has finished murdering Eli, and his whole life and business is finished after committing a crime he cannot hide. The way Daniel Day-Lewis delivers the line, exhausted and resigned to whatever fate he has in store.
