Movies Similar to "As Good As It Gets", A deeply emotionally flawed man trying to be better.

I watched this movies years and years ago but today decided to rewatch it on the recommendation of a friend. And it hit real close to home.

I am looking more similar to it where the character(s) have deeply flawed personalities/personality traits in regards to romantic/social interactions and focus on improving and having a happier ending.
