I'm planning to watch some movies with a group of friends but they insist on comedies... The problem is that I don't really like them or maybe I haven't found anything to really make me laugh or have fun. Borat and The Dictator were kinda ok, but made me cringe a bit. Any other comedies looked cringe af to me and that made hate them (any teen comedies, romantic ones etc). If it matters, I laughed my ass off at this stand up: https://youtu.be/cXkz2J3Gksc.
So I'm looking for something well written, less cliche, more funny situations, if it makes any sense.
Only one I liked was the Hangover (first two). Also, Pulp Fiction made me laugh at some points but it's not really a comedy...
Anyone have any sugestions?
