I remember watching this movie but forgot the name. Someone help

I remember the movie very vaguely (I watched it when I was 6 or 7 now I am a teen).

The movie goes like this:
A person is working in an arcade. Somehow he enters a game world. He entered a fighting arena and they fight using disks. [I forgot a big portion of the movie]. Then He finds out that his father and a friend created this world. The people of the game world is searching for His father's disk. [I forgot the end]

I don't remember the name. can someone help.
