Title is simple. Name movies that are essentially about depression, or feature lead actors who are classically depressed (sleeping all the time, given up on life, no motivation, suicidal even, just going through the days as an empty shell, etc.)
I find as somebody who struggles with depression that movies about depression usually have a silver lining and a positive, uplifting message to speak to us depressed people.
I'll start:
Little Miss Sunshine (Steve Carrell's character, and pretty much everybody else except the little girl)
