Great movies with great puppeteering

So, I'm a sucker for practical effects and I recently watched The Muppets 1979 & 2011 as well as The Dark Crystal (1982) for the first time. While I enjoyed the puppet-work in the films, I wasn't huge on the movies themselves.

So what I wanted to know is, what are some movies with great puppeteering but the movies themselves are also great?
