I'm a recently stumbled upon "Zero Effect" (1998). It stars Bill Pullman and Ben Stiller in a comedy mystery, set and shot in Portland, Oregon. As with many films that take place in a location you know well, it is entertaining to see locations used differently than how they appear in real life.

"Zero Effect" came out 23 years ago today (January 30).
