How are they filming movie scenes during the pandemic era?

Social distancing while filming seems... awkward. Like are all scenes with characters onscreen several feet apart? Some scenes require closeups and characters being in close proximity with each other. Do they still film scenes of intimacy, anything from a light touch to a hug or what have you.

I'm just wondering how it's being done now. It would feel pretty awkward to watch a scene where the characters are standing really far apart and the body language shows that they're trying to avoid close proximity to each other.
