Rewatched Panic Room recently, and although it's definitely not a masterpiece overall (some unnecessary inanimate object CGI and a specific "YEAH RIGHT" moment that I'm sure anyone who's seen it knows what I'm referring to), as far as TENSION is concerned, hot damn if Panic Room isn't a master class if there ever was one. One of the most intense movies ever made, and at such a small scale to boot. Fincher is a wizard behind the camera. This is his Rear Window.
