During my early endeavor to introduce myself to the genre of horror, one of the first horror movies I watched was "The Hills Have Eyes" (2006). To this day, I still cringe at the thought of the brutal, merciless violence in the movie. My roommate encouraged me to finish it with him, but in retrospect, I should have waited until I was desensitized a little bit more. It messed me up for a few weeks.
