Obviously she's one of the great performers working today, and she works a ton. Her American accent is pretty much flawless, and notably isn't always the same, which speaks to her level of craft.
For Bale, he might use his "real" voice even more rarely, and while I think his Boston accent is a little shaky, overall he's shown quite a bit of variety.
I think there are plenty of actors who are easy to forget, at least for a moment, they aren't American. And my guess is that Collette's "real" voice is more of a surprise to the average moviegoer.
But is there anyone I'm missing? For the record, I think actors who are primarily/initially famous for a TV show don't really count. Hugh Laurie, Andrew Lincoln, Dominic West and Charlie Hunnam do good-to-great American accents, but in terms of different projects (rather than volume of hours on a show) they use their real voice more often.
