Which villain died the worst death?

I submit Benny from The Mummy for the following reasons:

He gets eaten, alive, by one of the scariest movie monsters ever, a whole pile of flesh burrowing scarabs, in the pitch black darkness of an ancient tomb.

This guys last moments are the sounds of the munching and crunching of his own body by a million tiny bugs, and his own screams, of course.

Despite the gruesome implications of this scene, it is incredibly fun to watch, especially because of what a dick this guy is the whole movie.

Just thinking about going out like this makes me itchy.
