What is your favorite underappreciated film quote?

Maybe a quote from a film where other lines from the film are remembered, but you think this specific quote is as good/better but never talked about.

For example I always liked this not often talked about quote from Jaws. The Mayor in response to Hooper warning of a giant great white, 'Love to prove that wouldn't you? get your name into the national geographic'. Always makes me chuckle how he trivialises and mocks such a serious topic so efficiently.
