Just watched this movie and was very impressed! Mikkelson is such a great actor.
I felt so frustrated for Lucas. As a kid who often lied, I’ve never held this view of children as incapable of horrible lies. Granted my lies as a kid weren’t as grave as Klara’s, but it just irritated me how nobody ever questioned if she was telling the truth, just because she’s this cute little blond white girl. Even after Marcus confronts her, she showed no remorse. This tells me she’s a little psycho in training.
