What "emerging" directors or writer/directors really proved themselves as a creative force this year?

Who do you feel are 2019's "emerging talents" whose next feature we should all be queuing up to watch?

I'm going to ask that we focus here on people who did a 1st, 2nd or, just in those cases where the 1st was a not generally known or available at release (drawing on film history, something like Nolan's Following would fall into this category), maybe a 3rd feature (but let's please treat this as an edge case). So not people who we all already knew were great, but people who we really learned were great this year.
