Name of movie?

I only remember a specific scene from this movie a long time ago. It's a 90s or early 2000s American comedy. The actor in this scene is a short chubby American comedian whose name I do not know. Anyways, it's like a road trip movie. In this scene in particular the main character is driving a wolkswagen thing and has an accident that sends the car flying into the stage of some convention. During the crash the character hits his face with the steering wheel leaving him with a black square imprint on his moustache. somehow he is choking on something and can speak properly. So the final result is that he has a Hitler moustache, is speaking some gibberish (assuming it should've sounded like German) and was kinda doing the "Heil Hitler" thing with his hand in front of everyone in this stage. Which somehow was either a convention for neo nazis or jews. I don't remember
