What are some examples of the best and worst uses of an "unreliable narrator" in film?

The unreliable narrator trope has the potential to work so well, as it can add mystery to a plot and keep the viewer engaged and intrigued. But I find it can have the opposite effect, where it can become very boring when the continual "twists" are just that something that was shown didn't actually happen, and you begin to care less and less about what is allegedly happening.

So I was just wondering what some of your favourite and least favourite uses of the "unreliable narrator" are.
