The Earrings of Madame De...

This is a fascinating film for me. I heard that Paul Thomas Anderson stated that this was one of his favorite films so I decided checked it out, plus it was highly placed in critics' polls so I was expecting it to be great or something, and it was, better than great. Love the camera movement because of how stable it is under Max Ophüls' brilliant direction.
