Which Blade Runner version should I watch?

I never watched a Blade runner movie, but recently found them on Netflix, had heard a lot of people with a massive hype when the sequel came out a few years ago, so when I tried watching the first one saw that there were two version, the theatrical cut and the final cut, normally I would be inclined to watch the final cut but it may be that it way worse that the first for all I know, which one should I watch?
