Hi! I was recommended this movie recently on a post I made on r/japan requesting some lesser-known but well-regarded Japanese film suggestions, which can be found here: (https://www.reddit.com/r/japan/comments/mqvxx0/japanese_movies_recommendations/).
While I intend to watch every movie suggested, I randomly chose One Cut to start. All I can say is WOW. I highly, highly, highly recommend this movie to everyone. Don't watch any trailers, don't look anything up, just rent the movie from Googleplay or stream it on Shudder and watch it. Preferably as soon as you can lol. It's a horror/comedy, that's all you need to know.
