I'm looking for movies that are set in the aftermath of an apocalyptic or cataclysmic event, but at the stage where society is in the process of being rebuilt. So not the totally collapsed worlds of MAD MAX (bar the first one), THE ROAD or BOOK OF ELI where it's pretty much all warlords and bandits.
I'm talking some semblance of organization, economy and division of labour. Communities of +1000 people having enough to eat and drink etc. Maybe it's walled off city states like in the world of The Last of Us, maybe it's something like that tv show Revolution, the world picking back up after all electricity has vanished.
The point being that the world is somewhere between complete devastation and complete civilization. Post the Post Apocalypse.
Doesn't have to be great movies, I'm just looking for examples of this 'period' in the apocalypse genre.
