Brute Force(1947)

I just rewatched this great prison noir for the first time in many years and forgot how good it is. It’s a pretty brutal movie considering it was made in the 1949’s. I feel it’s hardly mentioned when it comes to prison movies. I’ve always been a big Burt Lancaster fan and here he shows both toughness and vulnerability
